I'll be taking:
Creatine Monohydrate (5 gram serving)
Arginine (5gram servings)
Mega Man sport mutli vitamins
Fish Oil caps (900 mgs)
Whey Protein
The whey I usually take 1 serving during the day and one serving immediately after training.
How would you guys split this up in a day?
When and what dosage?
