    Supplements questions

    Getting back into training after a year off. I decided to take a few supplements.
    I'll be taking:
    Creatine Monohydrate (5 gram serving)
    Arginine (5gram servings)
    Mega Man sport mutli vitamins
    Fish Oil caps (900 mgs)
    Whey Protein
    The whey I usually take 1 serving during the day and one serving immediately after training.

    How would you guys split this up in a day?
    When and what dosage?

    add in coq10 and baby aspirin.

    Timing during the day doesn't really matter for most of the stuff you have. The whey you already know about and creatine I take about 35 min before I work out. Everything else you can take all together or whatever, doesn't really matter.
