Muscle Twitches With Creatine?

I had taken the purple kre alkalyn pill for a long time and saw some great results with it others than my muscles would twitch a lot. It was so irritating and when I stopped taking the kre alkalyn the twitches stopped. Has anybody else had this issue? I wasnt taking anything else except for a multi vitamin and fish oil and ive continued to stay on those so im pretty sure it was the creatine.

Maybe you need to up your water intake and supplement with some Taurine?

yeah I do need to up my water intake, should i just carry around a gallon water thing and drink one a day or something? and ive never taken taurine so ill try it with my creatine. thanks.
