    best creatine opinions?

    sup guys

    was takin kre-alkalyn for a while but doesnt feel like its doin much now, read the sticky on micronized monohydrate powder so can i get some feedback on what you guys reccommend?

    they are all equally useful, no matter what 'kind' it is, it will be transformed into phospho-creatine in the liver. so i take mono to save the $$

    Use a good micronized creatine monohydrate. Its cheap and just as effective as any.
