Creatine and bloat?
I just ran the tough mudder this past weekend and afterwards i was wondering if creatine would be beneficial for endurance the next time I run one of these monster mud runs. I was wondering if mono bloats you to the point of the added water weight negating the extra endurance your muscles get? Or is the amount of water you hold while on negligible?

the amount of water weight ive gained from creatine is a lot but thats because I trained for maximum mass while I was using it. If you are training for endurance while using it I think it will benefit you greatly and no I dont think you will gain an immense amount of weight from the water.

creatine will probably help more for endurance than it will for strength, so it will absolutely help you

Correct me if i'm wrong, won't it also help with recovery?
I've used it in cycles before and found that when i was loading, i got some gut aches, but not after. Maybe it's a lot to do with how much you take.

Kre alkalyn is the absolute best. It is the only creatine ill use anymore and at Sports Nutrition Center its only like 37 bucks for a 4 month bottle. CM isnt honestly very good compared to it. I have used both. Check out their website, its like a bodybuilders super store and its way cheap

Overall, creatines good for builking and dieting. Mass and endurance.
If your taking the right amount, then it wont affect your endurance in a negative way.
