    BF Reduction....

is there an OTC product, or even something thats banned and easily obtainable that can assist in BF % reduction and not have some insane sides or hinder protien synthesis in the muscles? Also i do cardio 3 times a week ranging from 45 min to an hour sometimes consists of strictly running on the TM, or a combination on TM, stairmaster, wind sprints etc...

    6'2"
    208lbs
    17% BF

would like to drop down to around 10%

any stimulant will decrease your body fat, but often with side effects and muscle loss, or gear. if you watch ur diet you will easily drop from 17% drug free.

not on any gear, and muscle loss is unacceptable..im actually in a bulking phase and i know it sounds silly to be bulking but wanna drop BF, i eat around 3200 cals a day, 95% clean food. just seems like my stomache and love handles are getting a little too much attention from all the food

Have you talked to the guys in the nutrition section? If you are putting on fat, maybe you can drop a couple hundred calories from fat or carbs from your current diet?
