Since your bf is so low your diet is probbly holding you back.(your age and metabo also) Try to get a diet in check, when I say diet I mean how many calories are you eating in a day and how much protein...I went through this years ago and found out on big muscles days my body needs alot more calories protein then I thought.

    abstetic,
I'd say at a minimum, the supplements you should consider are

    Protein powder
    creatine
    BCAA's
    arginine
    Multiple vitamin
    Fish Oil

you need to really learn about your diet. let me throw some links at you that will get you going in the right direction...

here's some information on bulking diets:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nd-sample-diet...

some information if you find yourself hard to gain weight:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ight-READ-THIS!!!

learn about BMR/TDEE here (this is actually very important):
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...gy-Expenditure

learn about macro nutrients here (also very important):
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nutrient-Chart

and one of our Diet Vets - Narkosis - will be happy to give you free diet advice by going here:

The bottom line is that knowledge is power! The more you know, the easier it is to build muscle.

    Good luck!
