    Energy Drink Information...

Do people here strongly recommend using an energy drink?

Normally I just use my natural energy or drink like a cup of juice /w creatine 30 min before workout...

But would you guys say drinking something high in caffeine really helps with your workout? Even after a while when you start getting used to it's effects/depend on them a little for energy? Any personal experience would be great. I'm thinking about starting to supplement with energy drinks before my workout but IDK is it really necessary? Might just be a waste of money... ?

    Thanks in advance.

I found that I sleep better when I cut caffein out of my diet. The sleep is probably more important than my slightly increased energy levels during workouts that I get from the stimulants. I also read that caffein may interfere with creatine...but it wasn't definitive, just something to take into consideration.

Jack3d is amazing but I find you come down off it hard. I just go with olymp argenine tabs pre workout.. Or superpump 250 is quality too (tho hard on the stomach)
