OK, so I want to let everyone know that this cycle has been over for 3 weeks now. I was very busy at the time that I started the cycle so I just wanted to record measurements and weight throughout the cycle on my own and post the starting and final stats afterwards.
My diet has been a ketogenic cycle since I have started working out this year. My goals for the year were to cut body fat while trying to retain muscle. I do HIGH (300g) carb days Monday and Friday, MODERATE (150g) carb day Tuesday, and NO carb days Wednesday and Thursday. I have cut a lot of body fat because my abs are showing a lot better but I do not know the exact body fat percentage; however I am getting a body fat measuring device (bioelectric impedance) this Christmas so I can measure from now on. Protein intake stays at 250-300grams each day with maybe 50g more on the NO carb days.

My sample diet for a week – High carb days are on the days I work my largest muscle groups
Monday Diet (HIGH CARB)----10eggs (2yolk) 545am and 1 serving of Fiber-One Cereal, ULtRAdrol/Omega3 650am, Post-workout shake (3/4 cup O.N Serious Mass with dried oats and 2 servings Dymatize protein: 100-110g carb 50-60g protein) at 9am, Baked Chicken 11am, fish/PBJ (smart balance/ 0.5 reduced sugar jelly/ double fiber wheat bread) 1pm, Chicken/Wheat Grain pasta 4pm, Chicken 7pm, protein with skim milk 930

Tuesday Diet (MODERATE CARB)----10eggs (2yolk) 545am, ULtRAdrol/Omega3 650am, Post-workout shake (3/4 cup O.N Serious Mass with dried oats and 2 servings Dymatize protein: 100g carb 50-60g protein) at 9am, Baked Chicken 11am, fish 1pm, Chicken green beans 4pm, Chicken 7pm, protein with skim milk 930

Wednesday Diet (NO CARB)----10eggs (2yolk) 545am, ULtRAdrol/Omega3 650am, Protein Podwer 50g at 9am, Baked Chicken 11am, fish 1pm, Chicken 4pm, Chicken 7pm, protein 930 with water
- Keto sticks indicate I am in ketosis by bedtime

Thursday Diet (NO CARB) – SAME AS WEDNESDAY

Friday Diet (HIGH CARB) – Same as Monday

Saturday- Moderate carbs 250g protein ; Sunday- Low carbs (20-60g) 250g protein

My Workout Routine
Monday- Primary Chest, Secondary Shoulders, Abs (1hr 15mins)
Tuesday- Primary Hams and calves, Secondary Lower Back (1hr 15min)
Wednesday- Primary Lats and Biceps, Abs ( 50-60mins )
Thursday- Primary Shoulders, Secondary Tri (50mins )
Friday- Primary Quads, Secondary Biceps and Hams, calves ,abs (1hr 30mins )
Saturday/Sunday- Rest

Ultradrol (by week) : 16mg-20mg-28mg
Taken with an Omega-3 and almonds to slow transit thru GI to optimize absorb.
PCT (1 week): DIM 150mg for 7 days

DAY 1 Stats: Weights- 365lb deadlift 6 reps (at 168lb body weight), 275lbs 5 reps bench press ( at 170lb body weight)
Stats- 23.25” thigh, 13.25”bicept rested, 14” calf, 41.25” chest arms against side, 46” around shoulder arms against side, 11.25” forearm extended, 15.50” neck at bottom, 32” waist, 35.50” hip, 38”glutes, 168lbs at 6:30pm

Last DAY (day 21) Stats- 305lb bench 4 reps (at 177lbs), 450lb deadlift 4 times at 175lbs
Stats- 24” thigh, 13.6” bicep rested, 14.5” calf, 42” chest, 50” around shoulders, 32” waist, 39” glutes at a final weight of 175lbs

Side Effects: None….even at 28mg. I wanted to do a quick cycle to see what the initial results and side effects would be so that I could give a good review. I do believe that the best dose for this would be above 12mg up to 28mg.

Ultradrol INFO: I did research on the supplement before-hand and found its anabolic/ androgenic ratio was 660:80 as compared to methyltestosterone. It also does no aromatize which means PCT is not that necessary. I used it because I knew my estrogen/test ratio would be up after the cycle. DIM or I3C would be the most effect PCT I think. I took DIM in the morning since hormone levels are highest in the morning and DIM works by converting estradiol to its inactive, impeded estrogen, form. I took the Ultradrol with NOTHING but fish oil and almonds to increase absorption. I figured the small amount of fatty foods would help absorption.

Overall review- I thought it was a very good supplement ( 8/10 ) and after 2 weeks I have kept all my strength gains and I am currently at 173lbs still! A good 5 lb dry gain after just 3 weeks. My pec is strained though but its not to bad of an injury. It should leave in a week or so.
