    optimum nutrition serious mass gainer protein

    Hey there im currently in my bulking phase (weighing 67kg) and my current protein is almost finished (mutant mass) and I am going to be in need of new protein soon and came accross this.

    Has anyone used it? what do you guys recommend/ whats your opinions on this?

    I use it. Is really high in carbs though. Mix it with milk. Taste terrible with water.
