1MR has a little more caffeine per serving but the crash on 1 MR compared to Jack is a little more noticeable.
I like 1mr a LOT better. With jacked I don't really feel anything. With the 1mr I used to get the niacin/beta alanine tingles. When I'm out of 1mr I can usually count on a buddy to have some Jacked to tide me over for a couple days until I get my new stuff, and it just never feels as good.
yes agreed- I like 1mr better but I crash bigtime after the workout. I use both- if I got stuff to do after ill take jacked, if i can go take a nap after the workout ill take 1mr
Prefer jack3d over 1mr. Felt little to nothing from 1mr, little focus and felt like crap towards the end of my workout and crashed halfway through vs jack3d. I currently take rage by universal good product, good focus and gets me pumped for the gym. Pump wise I feel like jack3d does a better job and I don't crash off either.

jack3d for def. but you say you want to include creatine? you can just go with plain monohydrate, those others are stims

I would try Craze, by Driven Sports (DS). An awesome pre-workout, comparable to Jack3d, but waaaay better. They don't use arginine, but citrulline instead, which causes some of the best pumps I've ever had.. When I take it, I don't feel like leaving the gym. Great pumps, focus, and energy.
1mr for me.. I take half doses and it works great.. A full dose n I feel like I just took down a few lines, all jittery and unfocused. The taste is sh*t, atleast the lemon lime, but it's only a few sips anyway.
I have taken jacked as well but prefer the 1mr. It seems to give me a more even energy boost n better mental focus and on half doses I get no crash

Ive heard that 1mr has something like 300+ mg of caffeine per serving, I've found that jack3d works fine for me

Mix both together and you will be flying :-) that's what I use to do now I don't use pre trainers any more use to think I had great work outs on them till I stopped taking them feel better with out them just a can of redbull would do for me now :-)
Have not tried 1MR. I like Jacked and Ragnarok.
iv been using 1mr this week, and the crash seems pretty bad haha, also i have been feeling sick towards the ends of my workouts and sometimes after the workout any tips?
My stomach didn't like the 1mr. I stick with the jack
Can't speak for 1mr but I have previously used jacked. It's good but buzz was a bit gittery and would crash hard after workout, I now use superpump 250 by gaspari. The buzz feels cleaner and no crash, and tastes better
2-3 scoops of jacked and i'm set focused and ready to go
1 scoop of 1MR and after the gym your dead could walk out of the gym and pass out massive crash
i used jacked before and it works good especially the first few times but i could puke with the taste now a days. I am going to try Hemo Rage by nutrex. has anyone tried this?
I am using Hemo rage fruit punch right now. I find it to be decent but I felt Jacked 3d was far greater per mince wise than Hemo rage. But like all good things Canadian law makers decided the ingredient geranium stem was to dangerous and it has been pulled so now I can't get it easily and have to pre order it online. But hands down jacked had the best effects for pre-workout
1mr all day...you need like 3 scoops of jacked to compare to 1rm
I've used Jack3d at 3 scoops
in the past usually had a good pump on it, but I seem to get the same from the 1.M.R but I take 2 scoops of that as opposed to the three. The 1.M.R scoops are bigger however. In the end it's your body that will decide which is better. Only way to really know is to try both and decide which you like better.
i find jacked stronger than 1mr but i prefer 1mr because i have a better workout on it and also dont go buy some expensive fancy creatine just use ole plain monohydrate!

I've never used 1mr but ive heard the stimulant content is higher then then Jack3d. Jack3d keeps me energised throughout the workout and focused. I don't start feeling tired towards the end like you usually would without a pre-workout
