Best multi vitamins?

Now is really good I still like Animal Pak though.

I take Optimum Nutrition "Opti-men" It makes your pee a nice color and friends typically think its some penis enlargement pill at first glance..

On a serious note, it seems to work well, good price point, and has more vitamins n minerals than most other brands.

I took opti-men for a while and the downside I see to it is that they suggest you take three of them a day, which leads to excessive amounts of vitamins (that's the reason your piss turns bright yellow/orange). I know that while on cycle or just working out hard as hell, you need more vitamins than OTC but opti-men seems to take it to a major extreme. I'm not really against it, just not sure it is necessary to have that much.

On another note, I'm getting ready to try out Anavite multi soon. I'll let you know how it goes.
