Supplements backed by research
G'day guys, so I'm just about to hit the supp store for a top up, and you always see soon much shit in the stores that have no real research behind the products.
So I need some help with what supplements are actually based on research! Protein, BCAAs etc and perhaps some info about them!
And also what are your must have supplements? And experiences! Post away.. Cheers

Creatine, Protein, and a good multi-vitamin is all you need. Anything more is just a placebo effect at best in my own opinion (re: BCAA's are a waste of money in my personal opinion unless you crave juice or require "something" pre-fasted AM Cardio).

Glutamine has been shown to reduce catabolism during cardio sessions. But it is nothing neccesary.
