    Need some advice please

    Hi guys,

    At the moment the only supplements I take are; BSN No-Xplode pre workout
    Optimum Whey Protein after workout and Optimum Casein Protein before bed, as well as some normal grocery store multivitamins.

    I have never cycled and don't really plan to, I would just like some advice regarding what I'm currently taking. Am I missing anything? I like No-Xplode, I think I definitely workout better after taking it, and of course protein's super important, but is there anything else I should be taking?

    My goal is to become as big as I possibly can, naturally.

    Mate,
    Everything revolves around how much/well/when you eat, and your lifting routine. If your diet aint right, supplements, including steroids , won't help.
    instead of focusing on supps, go to the diet section, learn about TDEE's, Macros, how many times a day to eat, then post your diet, let us pick it apart.

    btw, for me, basic supps are...
    Protein powder
    creatine
    BCAA's
    multi vit
    fish oil
    arginine (optional)
