    Creatine

Is there anyway that creatine could hurt a fast twitch athlete?

the only concern that you have with creatine and something like sprinting is cramping.
creatine is awesome for really short duration stuff, like weightlifting, but something like sprinting I can't really
    speak on.
What I can speak on is my personal experience.
I took creatine and played basketball in college, and that stuff cramped the heck outta me.
and I dont mean after half an hour, like within 5-20 mins.
and collegiate level basketball is basically sprinting, but without breaks.
so I dunno about you...you'll have to just try it and see if you cramp or not. but it got me.
    had to stop taking it.
but i will say this...if you take it make sure you drink a ton of water and keep the electrolytes
    like potassium coming.
I would only recommend this if you are doing whatever is considered a pretty short sprint, and decent breaks
in between (something that is similiar to lifting...).

that's my two. and keep in mind, what we'll tell you is just our opinions. everyone is different.
to get the final answer you'll have to try it.

Maybe cramping but if your drinking plenty of water that shouldnt be a problem really either.

Creatine is supposed to increase your endurance. I'd take it.

I cramped really bad in my biceps and back. Make sure you stretch a ton, all the time. that is the only thing that helped for me.
The best one I ever used was kre alkalyn to btw
Id also think it would help a fast twitch athlete

I've played collegiate level soccer while taking creatine and never had cramping issues. As others have said, drink plenty of water. You might try dosing 1st thing in the morn since most sporting events are later in the day. Creatine will allow for ATP to be made more readily and thus increasing performance and endurance.
