    is there some kind of ECA FAQ?

    I see it mentioned a lot, so I was just wondering if there was one catch-all type thread about ECA?

    E - Ephedrine 25mg
    C - Caffeine 200mg
    A - Aspirin 81mg

    This can be taken up to 3 times per day (don't take to late into the night or you won't sleep). Start w/ 1-2 doses spread throughout the day (1st dose taken in the morn). Your body will get use to these compounds so it is best to run for a month or so and then cycle off for a bit. Did I touch on everything you needed to know?

    Primatene and Bronkaid are 2 common 'E's available OTC.
