    Cla?????

    What are your views on CLA? I personally have never used it, but i was thinking of trying it this year in my pre contest diet just to see if it would work in my favour alongside my usual supps n that, but wasnt sure wether it would be worth buying them or not bother n just continue using what i normally use (caffine tablets, t5, clen, ECA stack)?

    compared to those cutting agents you will be using honestly CLA is probably a waste of time. It has really mild cutting effects and that's after running a few months. I've taken in for about a 3 month stretch and wasn't impressed.

    Thanks 4 the reply, i didnt think it wud make a massive difference but its quite expensive so wasnt sure if it wud b worth it, if its a long term supp ive left it abit late 2 try it, im on stage in 14 weeks lol. Oh well ill jst stick wi my tried n tested methods lol

    Its a trans fat. Trans fats in conjugated linkages are not required by nutitional guidelines to be labeled as such.
    It increases insulin resistance in those that are not obese and also has adverse effects on lipids.
    I posted this a long time ago when i looked into it personally with excellent reputable studies proving this
    I wouldnt touch it.

    I used it years ago in various fashions and never was real impressed. Kind of pricey at the time too. If it was cheap I would possibly use it but for the results
    it doesnt justify the cost for me.

    Cheers, i placed 3rd last year so i bin going all out off season 2 pack sum size on n im goin all out now wi my diet 2 get my condition ryt wivout losin muscle so im hopin 2 take 1st place this year lol

    i've taken it. didn't really notice anything. so i wont spend any more money on it.

    must supplements like this are heavily hyped by marketing departments, and lack the clinical data to suppport any/all claims.

    ...but i'll try anything (supplements) once.
