    cheap supplements for teen bodybuilder

Hey guys! im currently on my bulking phase and i been running low on money, so i was wondering if you guys knew of cheap but effective supplements, that could aid me in my bulking phase. im not using any gear because i am still 18 and in high school. currently i am using krealkyln, whey protein, bcaas (about to run out tho ), and a multi, and omega 3 fish oil. my stats are 18 y/o, 5'8'' , 185 lbs . any cheap supplements you recommend me buying because all of this is getting expensive. haha

Throw in some glutamine and maybe a carb supplement like karbolyn pwo. A good pre workout can help, I like jack3d.

The problem is that nothing is cheap anymore, the best bang for the buck is spend your money on good food. If you have the money protein powder would be my first choice.

you just have to learn where to spend your dollars wisely

for example, i buy my protein powder at costco.... $30 for 6lbs

creatine mono - just google for the best price

    same with BCAA's and cesean

most of this stuff is fairly inexpensive

Honestly at your age the only supplements I would worry about taking are creatine, and maybe some glutamine/bcaa's. Make sure you stick to your macros. Eat clean and healthy, drink plenty of water and take your creatine. I ALWAYS buy my supps in bulk online. Store's rip you off bigtime, and bb.com is still higher than buying in bulk. Try searching google or amazon.com! good Luck!

Creatine honestly isn't even that great when your young unless you're hitting your natural limit. Protein powder id say is most important as a teen
