    Energy

    Hey everybody, its been a while since i was on the board

    So, my question is this,

    I've been under a lot of stress lately, with my new job and everything, and I feel preaty beat down, so I need something to boost my energy levels up, I'm not talking about wired up energy from epf and caff, but something like b complex or whatever...

    Any ideas...

    I'm already using a multivit and vitC....I've been thinking about beta glucane, b complex and so on...

    Any ideas?

    Welcome back mate!
    For me, a breakfast including complex carbs (no simple carbs) such as rolled oats, and yes, a piping hot cup of coffee. I’m not into energy drinks or other stimulants. But there is nothing wrong with one or two cups of coffee in the morning.

    Couldn't agree more...diet is and always a priority

    But like I said, I would really like to give my body some sort of suport besides that, to ceop with all the stress....

    I used to be a big fan of Red Ginseng root. I’d buy the whole root, and process it down into a tea. I stopped when I couldn’t get the whole root anymore. Not sure if Ginseng is a placebo effect for stress, but worth checking out?

    You might find consuming a few cups of green tea (2 bags per cup) might help w/ energy and aid in fatloss as well.
