Need to recover faster from tri training
I need to find something that helps me recover faster/better. I recover slowly and get burnt out/worn down easily. I take in enouph calories and protiens. Take Aminos, and a Good Multi. A little help would help a great deal. ( Have Crohns and I think this why I get worn down easy).
