^^^ this. creatine mono is creatine mono.. any other type of creatine ie cell tech or whatever is overhyped garbage, creatine is creatine as long as its pure. but whatevers cheapest and buy in bulk. save your money

Dont buy any of the big name brands. Find some unflavored creatine monohydrate powder. Just did a quick google search and found 2.2 lbs of it for 12 dollars. THat something like 200 servings
