Maybe I would take some taurine too to take if I try albuterol
Not sure what else I would really need.

it's a radical anti oxydent. Life extenders are fanatical about it.

Bro truthfully you can get all your nutrients from food alone. If you eat enough and only clean foods your body will repair itself and won't need anything else.
There are lots of guys who only eat a clean diet and are ripped up and strong. If you get enough protein through whole foods there is no need for a "stack" of supplement's. Spend that money on beer and girls if your in college.Last edited by Brohim; 02-04-2012 at 12:05 PM.

Its real easy to get caught up in taking too many supps(guilty!!), but as many have said eating well will provide you with most.
Multi
vit d
vit c
krill oil
super digestive enzyme
dhea
pregnenolone
milk thistle
Whey
thats whats on my counter now! Bcaas and reservatol is something I should look into, recently became a fan of life extension products!

So mad was at gnc today and my man was going to bcaas and I distracted him and got Dhea LOL. Reading different opinions on line as to what is correct dose for women and men ? Everything says something different, any advice would be great !

I think protein powder is a good investment regardless of how you eat though
