    Want to bulk 15-20lbs

Hey I'm 5'7" 175lbs 22 years old. Work out 3-5 times a week. I been trying to go up to 185-190 for the longest but had no success. I wanted some advice on what supplements to take to help me bulk up. Ive heard muscle marinade and after shock would help. Any suggestions?

You need to focus on your diet rather than supplements, Unless your diet is dialed in properly you wont make any progress and will just be wasting money buying supplements. Best thing is 2 post your current diet in the nutrition section and the guys in there will point you in the right direction

A solid brand whey protein product and some creatine monohydrate. Of course diet is essential so make sure your eating enough.

A caloric surplus is the only answer. But clean calories are key. Lay out your diet and we can go from there...

If you're not gaining weight, you're not in a caloric surplus.
Are you currently tracking your calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat)?

I had trouble gaining weight to then I got my diet dialed in and I went from 5'8 135 to 210 naturally in 4 years. Feel like it was pretty good gains. Only used protein powder and creatine

    Shut up and lift
