Haha sorry never taken either but at least you got a reply
Shut up and lift
all i can say is don't rely on mass gainers because they contain allot of simple sugar. i think you should be focussing on what foods you can eat more of rather than mass sups.. but that much harder and well all want the easy way![]()
I agree with this. If your eating more you won't even need the mass supps. But you also gotta be eating cleanOriginally Posted by 5702461
Make your own hi-calorie drink using a blender. Here is an example:
1 1/2 cup low fat milk 155 cal
1 1/2 scoop protein powder 180
1 banana or other fruit 100
1 to 2 tbls peanut, cashew or almond butter 90-180
1/4 to 1/2 cup oat meal 60-120 cals
This will give you 585 to 735 cals.
Not familiar with the brand but watch out for the sugar in weight gainers, Thats where alot of the calories come from. You will gain weight,,but it will be fat.
Either make your own weight gainers using a solid whey protein mixed with yogurt,,peanut butter,,nuts,,,etc...
Or if you insist on buying one the best on out there IMO is Cytogainer.
