What are your opinions on taking supplements during your workouts? Like taking a dose of amino acids mid workout.

Ok. I started taking BCAA's during my workout's. I get better pumps and have more energy throughout. Does angry else here do the same or something close to this?
i take some before but not during because then i am forced to drink more water and i get too bloated to lift
I take some bcaas before
I usually take my MBCAA after a workout (especially if I lifted heavier)
Aminos before and just water during!!
Thank you
A great supplement I take during is called
"Xtend"
Google it for reviews if u haven't heard of it.
I take supplement after workout and it's working without effect.
I take BSN Amino powder, but I've always taken it after my workout like the bottle recommends. But it also says that it can be taken before bed. Might try it pre-workout today just for fun lol.
I use to workout with a guy who swore by it.
I take invincible or No Explode.
I like to take a water bottle with 5 grams bcaa and abotu 8 grams of carbs in it..I sip it throughout my workout and I seem to get a noticeable difference...sometimes ill drink my noxlode during as well
gallon of water with lemon juice and honey in it, an old bodybuilding trick.
i feel when i drink aminos throughout my workout (till my last set ) i get alot better pumps and vascularity
i dont get as wore out so fast
and as far as the water weight when i finish workout ( and aminos) i drink my post shake ( 60gs protein 2tbs flax) in the dry sauna
I put 2 grams of BCAA in my protein shake while working out
See I need to start having a shake during my workouts too. I'm really slacking.
From what I heard and read ,for pre workout cup of coffee or caffeine tablets work. I drink coffee and I go Ham in the weight room, and for during or after home made vegetible juice is good! Think I read ur thread right lol
Purple Wraath and Purple Psyko by Controlled labs are both pretty decent intra-workout supplements that I've tried but they're a bit expensive. Rather spend that money on food but if you have extra money laying around those would be the two I would recommend to feel a bit more energized and get a few extra reps.
