    ZMA God or bad

    Is ZMA a good supplement to be taking i've heard it can help increase natural test production and is a sleep aid

    definitly a sleep aid, i take zinc and magnesium tablets nightly, i wouldnt spend extra money on a premade ZMA, as for test i dont know, but sure doesnt hurt
