over the counter pct's?

There isnt one....
No OTC product is adequate to call a pct .....
serms like nolva and clomid or toremifene are IMO proper pct substances...

in u.s. yeah, same concept, gear is illegal without script, and so are those, just like any other pharmaceutical drug. but ones for RESEARCH, like from ar-r or other research companies, the stuff they sell are research chems with it in them, and possession of these is not illegal, only consumption is

Haha what? You can buy them just not use them. That makes no sense. Are the ones off this site at all a potent as the other stuff you can get off the street
