    Post workout protein, pls help.

    When lean bulking, after a workout what is best to take
    Like a whey protein with low carbs
    Or like a lean gainer?
    Just a bit confused on carb intake post workout.
    I finish working out around 6-630
    And I don't like to eat carbs after 7 with dinner.

    Any info would he greatly appreciated.

    Isolate protein, high protein and low carb or you can get 100% whey form ON!

    wen bulking---i wod do sumthing like this: 2 bananas, 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup apple sauce. about 2.5hr later u shod eat ur meal. high pro, and mod carbs.

    ^^Not a very good idea to rely on fructose as the only PWO carb source, and what's with the applesauce?

    I like oats or sweet potato PWO with any lean protein source. Don't worry about the timing of your carbs, just hit your macros for the day and eat the pro/carb meal of your choice after work out.
