I finally got my dextrose. I'm a thin guy whos developing some pretty good muscle mass but im still 140 pounds at 5'9 5% body fat... Neway, I'm wondering with those stats how much dextrose I need with my post-workout shake and when else to take it.
Wouldn't it make sense to take it before a workout as well?
As well, I'm getting creatine, glutamine, and flaxseed oil tabs this week....When should I take those and how much should I take for my stats?
