Try PanOxyl or anything with Benzoyl peroxide in it. PanOxyl I use for chest back and shoulders and skins clears up quick.
Quick edit... You can use it on your face but please use sparingly! too much will dry you out bad.

make sure to was your back with an anti bacterial cleanser, also make sure you apply a benzoyl cream to the spots afterward and you shouldnt break out as much.
