Suggestions for effective fat burners?
Ey all, I was advised to bring my body fat down from my present 22% before I even go into roids. Anyone have any suggestions. I am asian hispanic if it makes any difference.

Diet and cardio - If these are spot on, it won't take you long to drop the fat.

It's not usually reccomended to worry about extra supplements at that high of a percentage man. Listen to all these guys, proper dieting and cardio.

Proper diet and a mix of HIIT cardio and variable distance runs. No joke or avoiding it.

fat burners are
a. thermogenic
or
b. stimulant..
so diet is the way to go.. rather eating style is the way to go.. Paleo seems to be working for me and I'm enjoying the food..The answer to your every question
