What a bargain!!!! 23 quid!! (36 dollars) been using optimum nutrition for over a year thought id switch it up, so far this stuffs great tastes pretty good too

I now live in Weston super mare. (Where the brummies come for a good knees up). :-)

Lmfao I only got the exact protein shake u chatted Bout lol. Seems good for me. Picked it up bout a moon ago. On eb :-)
Tastes damn good with water
(Only drink water n green tea. Water shakes/mixes/aminos)
no milk in my diet although wonder if my teeth will calling out. Used to much So much cheese n milk it's unreal. Not one filling tho!!! Ha ha
So I can second the protein is good I can take a pic n send details just pm me if ya want to see for itself

haha yeah its not too bad is it, great minds think alike mate!!! Ive heard the standard whey that matrix do is very tasty more so than the anabolic whey that we have got but its got higher protein content in the anabolic whey, cant go wrong with 45 servings of quality protein with 40 grams in each shake at 23 quid!!! nice bit of glutamine in there aswell just to top it off!!

Proteins all the way lol. I know it's got aminos but u take extra before workouts?. I do myself

i have 2 shakes a day= 80 grams protein 24 grams glutamine
and 4 or 5 meals, total protein intake is 200 -220 gram
going up to 250 when i start my cycle on monday : )
i have a meal 1.5 hours before workout and i only drink coffee now right before the gym, i useto use pre workout supps like bsn no explode, works great but there not great for the heart to be honest but they dont tell you that on the tub!!

Hmm. Stopped drinking coffee altogether when I went health mad. No tea either. Cept green tea n only water.
Wonder if diluted coffee would work in workout... I do about 2 hours at a time. I'm trying to get out if the unreal energy thing So I don't crash during workouts. But might try it. Used to drink about 10 coffee a day. Could maybe make a coffee shot instead although I'm sure coffee gets absorbed quite quickly So maybe a little over the first hour of working out might work out.
Saying that I don't seem to be lagging yet when I work out So might not bother. Least until I hit a wall anyways!!!

Its not essential by any means, maybe just use coffee when you train legs or something. We all need a pick me up on leg day! What do you use green tea for? Not used it before myself, i like a nice standard english cuppa T cant beat it, 1 sugar aswell in that beauty!
I cant do the 100 percent clean diet thing anymore man i gotta live!!! I have quite a few cheat meals in the week but thanks to my super fast metabolism i can easily get away with it. cant resist the odd dominos pizza, theres about 500 cals in 1 slice of those gems, perfect for bulking

That's So un......fair....... Pizza....."drools...". Shit.
Anyway green tea if I remember increases bone density if you drink more than three cups a day. I drink about 5-10 large large cups lol. Twice the mug size of normal :-)

Hey I'm pretty full on when I set my mind. No smoking now. No drinking. No cheat days. work out 5*week. 2 hours each day cept 5 days a month @ 1.5hours n 1-2 @ half hour( which sux).
