    New supps and what to get

    Hey guys I'm going to be coming back from my holiday soon (still been lifting) and was wondering what protien to get out of ON 100% gold standard whey or myofusion, and out of the creatine what would u recommend out of C4 creatine and CON-CRET?

    Any other opinions/ recommendations are welcome,

    If you are into ON, then ON Pro Complex is the way to go. Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion is certainly the better product when compared to ON 100% Gold Standard, since you asked.

    As for Creatine, ON Micronized Creatine Mono is as good as Creatine Mono gets for the price.

    I like Nutribio's selection of creatine. It's cheap and effective. I personally like ON a whole lot. I take their isolate and casein

    So you would reccomed Gaspari Myofusion? And micro creatine?

    I was just wondering because iv never tried ether if the produce I just hear it get recommended a lot, and what flavors would you recommend

    Yeah, this is a good pack. You will benefit a lot from Myofusion and Jack3d.

    Although not everyone thinks Opti-Men Multi is the best multi for the price, there are cheaper alternatives that work equally good if not better.

    Sweet as, I was thinking about just getting myo with maybe c4 creatine and a multi vit but was still thinking what to get, what's your thoughts on ANIMAL pack?

    I would take ANIMAL pack for a multi over Opti-Men without a second thought.

    Stay away from glossy Creatine products if you want to save your money.

    You will be more than satisfied with ON Micronized Creatine Monohydrate per se.

    If Creatine works for you, than mono will work for you.
