Do you lose muscle mass if you use Fat burners?

I think this is a simple question, or maybe its complex. If i were to take fatr burners to help lose fat would i sacrifice muscle along with the fat? if someone could help explain the pros and cons to help understand that would be great. Ive researched it and a lot of it sounds misleading. Thanks

You gain or loose muscle depending on your diet, training regimen and recovery of the muscle.

You can use all the fat gainers in this world and not loose a gr of muscle if those 3 are spot on.

This is not at all a complex subject matter, BTW.

and if you have the flu, and a temp that exceeds your normal body temp do you lose muscle?? yes, is it because of the increase in body temp?? or not eating, which many fat burners do, suppress appetite.

yea i have trouble with ECA because im not hungry, i have to force myself to eat until im sick all day long otherwise i lose too much weight. So i just use a single dose before cardio. And i still find it difficult to eat according to schedule.

Keep in mind if you take a fatburner you increase your TDEE, and therefore you need to eat more, while having a suppressed appetitie

Its a very fine line. You have to be careful. You possibly could lose muscle if you dont do things right.
