    what is the best meal repla***ent shake?

    The best meal repla***ent shake is the one you make your own, in accordance with your TDEE.

    My meal repla***ent shake looks like this:

    50gr whey
    1/2 cup powdered oats
    1 tea spoon of cinnamon
    1 tbs of grounded flax seed

    great thing about this it isnt meal repla***ent, it is an actual meal

    Agreed,,,the best and most economical way is too make your own.
