Hello, I've been seeing a lot of praise and push for some supplements (not currently using them) and wanted to know if anyone had some actual data or articles on them in addition with any personal use to at least learn about them to see what the fuss is about. I've done some searches and nothing seems to pop up for them specifically, but some are mentioned in various threads, but not too in depth.

African Mango Root (seems to be the new sexy one)---weight loss
Raspberry Ketones-- weight loss
Brown Seaweed--- Weight loss
Cinnamon-- Metabolism booster
Cayenne Fruit--- Metabolism Booster

I didn't search for this, but thought I'd toss it out there
Chromium Picolate----Fat Loss

Seems to be a lot of these types of Supps running around out there and besides a soild Multi (which I've seen some pretty good ones here) I'd like to learn a little more about these mainly b/c they seem interesting

Any links or info would be appreciated!
