G'day guys, I'm looking into buying a new protein and as I only drink it either before breaky and post workout, I was either thinking of getting a mass gainer or my regular protein but buying carbs separately? Could someone help me out with what I want here? With the mass gainers, they r very expensive per serving as on some of them your looking up to a serve of 300gms! That's like 15servings for a 10lb bag! Which is ridiculous!!
What carb should I buy? Dextrose, maltodextrin or waxy maize? What are the differences?
