jacked and 1mr both contain a very strong stimulant, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine HCL, which can make you nauseous. look for something that only has caffeine as a stimulant.
Try a lower dose..
A full dose makes me jittery, uneasy, nauseas, and I crash hard after..
Half dose gives a good pump, energy, and none of the bad sides in my experience..

I got the same feeling and badly had enough fight on me to get through my workout it's shit. I Sie acg3 and pump platinum fuel the pump I use is rather hard to find on my area and gnc doesn't sell it off their site I got it in Ohio though

I have the same problem. I've noticed that eating at least 1-2 meals and drinking a decent amount of water an hour or so befor taking it, it prevents me from feeling that way. If I'm not able to get that much food in befor, I try to get a little solid food in me right befor I take it.
I went through a tub of 1MR and wasn't a fan. (also I've heard bad things on Jack3d lately) I just got a tub of Noxipro and I'll let you know what i think after a couple weeks. But if you want to get away from pre-workouts altogether you could try a caffeine pill about 15-20 min before workout. I've never tried this, but I've heard pretty good things with mild crashes.

its the worst feeling right ahah i rather do my workout without taking 1mr then taking it before becasue whats the point of the pump when your sick and cant train properly :s
yeah im starting to drink a coffee 45ish mins before i bouce off to the gym because i have to take my creatine 30 mins before i go n if i drink them too close to eachother sometimes i feel weird like feels like my skins ichy no biggy i know but yeah probs will look into a caffeine based PWOOriginally Posted by ****;5992***

1MR is garbage now they got rid of the 1,3 dimethylamylamine (DMAA) in it last year when they reformulated it. Now the FDA is going after DMAA trying to ban it. Better stock up on Jack3d before they reformulate that too
