Nothing wrong with eating whole eggs. All the good stuff is in the yolk; vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy fats, healthy cholesterol and BCAA. When you throw away the yolk, you are throwing away the most nutrition dense part of it.
Just make sure you fit whole eggs in your macros concerning your daily fat intake, which would require proper calculation in the first place, of course.
Lamb, turkey and other seafood besides fish, non-fat or low-fat cottage and ricotta cheese should also be on the list.
