Anyone answer this ?
I'm currently taking t6 fat burners , eating a healthy diet and doing some cardio but I'm also trying to build muscle as I'm loosing weight , so I'm taking 2 scoops of protein after lifting , is this a bad idea ? I'm using half low fat milk and half water , will this kill the purpose of trying to loose weight

No, this will NOT kill the purpose of trying to loose weight.
What is your current body weight and how long do your training sessions last in general?
