Bioavailability of multivitamins.
Is there an issue with cheaper multivitamins having decreased bio-availability? What are some recommended brands or method of assessing bio-availability?

Things that effect bio-availability: form of the compound you are ingesting, when you take the compound(after workout/with meal), what other vitamins you take them with(some vitamins reduce bio-availability of others). **This list is not all inclusive-there are A LOT of other factors but they are for the most part negligible-the three I mentioned are usually the most impactful. For more info on every vitamin and their antagonists I suggest you read the stickied vitamin threa at the top of this forum.**
Things that don't effect bio-availability: brand of vitamins.

there is another issue too that i wrote about in another thread. since not fda regulated, quite often there is a disparity between what is on the label and what is in the pill.
