    Cytocarb

I don't respond well to muscle gain with normal amounts of. So with that said I have been supplementing with cytocarb and was thinking that it was a slower digesting carb and not so fast. Does anyone know much about this?

Whey pay $16.99 for 2lbs of ''designer carbs'' (funny) when you can get a much greater amount of powdered oats for the same price?

The producer claims that this product is approximately 96.5% sugar-free, although its carb content essentially consists of linear chain maltodextrins and a mystery ingredient ''DE'' (dextrose equivalence) which is not a trust-worthy statement to begin with.

I would never pay a dime for a tub of designer carb when I know that oats are available everywhere and are much cheaper, healthier, safer.

Your really high on those oats huh? I'm gonna give em a go. Do you suggest any specific brand? How would be a good way to mix preworkout?

Get over the brand, oats are oats.

Powdered oats are great to add to your PWO shake, they mix very well with water.
