Here are my thoughts on this.
blood plasma saturation levels change dynamically, and the micros you list are mostly water soluble, which means in and out of the body very rapidly. if i took two tests, two hours apart, could have drastically different results, especially if i cheated and took a vitamin pill. It just seems to me that every time i took this test, the results could come out different.
I don't see K2?
Me personally, I don't see the point. If I'm worried about it, I'm going to invest my money in a very good multi. This may be a good test for those that are not focused on health and need some feedback as to their historic long term nutritional habits.

Thanks for your input! You bring up valid points!
Sometimes people take vitamins whether they need to or not. I guess my interest in possibly taking this test is to see if there are any deficiencies that can be addressed without just taking a multi vitamin and hoping for the best. To get the most accurate results I would abstain from all vitamins for at least a week prior.
