Yep Cell-tech is great didnt think id ever say that the adverts are so ponsey but their you go! Oh but J.P dont be fooled you wont look like Ronnie by the end of it!

But its not exactly value for money its quite expensive! most of the normal creatine brands Chemical Nutrician, Prolab etc are all good really they are basically the same creatine with their name put to it so if you are looking for cheap then go with these!

go to proteinfactory.com and you can make your own version of celltech. I am not sure about the alpha lipoic acid but I will bet you can make it for at least 1/4 the price it is at GNC.

CELL-TECH! It just HAS to be great, I see 6 page "reports" and "studies" on it in like EVERY magazine! And if you really want to get big and ripped, add Hydroxy-Cut, it will make you lean and gain body mass as well... that's what I read so it must be T.R.U.!

Go buy "simply creatine" by EAS for $12 and mix it with grape juice. It will save you a lot of $$$$ especially if your planning on taking cell tech and the grape juice help convert it better too. Take 2 heaping scoops for about 12 weeks then 4 weeks off the 12 and 4 and so on. Good luck.
