Whats a good brand of appetite suppressant to take or use? I'm having a difficult time controlling my snack urges. I know its more mind over matter, but a little help would be helpful.

I heard 5-HTP is suppoed to help with carb cravings, not sure on the validity of this, might wanna check and research. That's 5-HTP, 5-Hydrxytryptophan i believe

I would have to say E/C stack is the best for me....Kills my craving for anything...best legal thing you can take IMO.

Man, I am really finding that bitter orange extract really works well especially with a bit of caffiene. I use caps that have 6% synephrine
in them and it cuts my appetite pretty good!
