    Question PWR- Allergic reaction

    Anybody has/have experienced an allergic reaction when taking pre-workout supp PWR?
    right after i drink it, i feel a tingling sensation around neck, face turns red and arms get itchy

    Sounds like the effects of beta alanine which is an amino acid that's in pretty much all those pre workout supps (I'm assuming it's in pwr). It causes flushing, tingling, etc. but I don't know about the itching.

    Thanks Stg Hartman i will watch for this amino acid next time i try a new pre supp.
