I am a 19 year old athlete and am to young to take steroids. I have done a good job educating myself on diet and that sort of stuff. I am not so much looking to bulk up, but need to gain long, lean, cut muscles and power. Obviously i already work out and diet. I am looking for advice for anything other than a steroid that can boost my results, and speed up the process. via supplements. I already take 100% whey protein and glutemin.
Any imput?
