Im 46 yo....6'1 200 lbs...lean and mean...retired 10 years from the Army. Id like to add 10-20 lbs of muscle, especially to legs. Not really sure that AAS is the way to go. I already eat like a horse and workout regularly. Eat well, stay away from sugar and crap junk food.

If there is a good product from one of the sites this forum recommends Id try that.

If all the 'legal' stuff is garbage and money wasted, Id consider going all the way.

Any help is appreciated.
