    yohimbe

    hi all!!

    I'm about to run yohimbe.

    My question is: should I take it only on training days in order to potencialize it's fat burning and energizer properties? Or should I take it everiday?

    I would like also to hear some personal testimonies of yohimbe users.

    That's ok, they are essentially the same but very different in terms of quality and dosing.

    Personally I wouldn't use it before lifting, you're likely to get some banging headaches.

    I use it before my fasted cardio. It's supposed to work better at a lower bodyfat as it is supposed to specially target stubborn fat.

    A friend of mine is on Yohimbine HCL, he takes it every day in a fasting state. You need to see how much you are tolerant to; some people have adverse side effects with high dosages. He lost about 7 lbs in a month. He bought a good deal at amazon.com that included free caffeine.     This was a substance included in several PWOs because of its ability to increase energy, blood flow, and possible thermogenic properties. Most PWO that I'm aware of have been pulled or reformulated. My biggest concern with this compound is that the therapeutic index is very low - meaning you actually need very little to experience the effects, and the difference between and effective and lethal/dangerous dose is also narrow (meaning it wouldn't take much to cause serious adverse effects).

    Be careful when using this. The only thing worse I've found was pure caffeine anhydrous. That stuff is brutal!!!!! I tried it once an thought I would need to go to the ER before the day was over.

    is that a common side effect? i take yohimbine and i always want to freakin throw up after words

    ha ha i thought yohimbe was for getting erections. I know i used it be4 and it made me sweet but got a good stify when screwin the misses.

    that's one of the "side effects" of the rx quality
