    Fat burning tablets??

    Just wondering do they work? If so what are some of the good ones? I am currently jut using an abs workout and also using resistance bands doing running and cycling aswell and carry a little fat round my stomach and want to burn that quickly. Cheers hope to hear soon.

    A proper diet works well. Until you have your diet and training in place, weight loss pills are a waste
