Not trolling. Serious. Bang something. Will help you sleep. You'll be thinking about chicks all night until you get one.

I had trouble all through college trying to sleep at night (mainly after a long study session) and I wanted to get some sleeping pills more than anything to combat the insomnia. I went to the clinic on campus to try to get some and the Dr. told me to try melatonin and I left pissed off and didn't go buy any. About a week later I thought I'd give melatonin a shot and it is amazing. I started out taking 3mg/night and now I take 9-12mgs if I am having trouble sleeping. You need to get some asap. It's really cheap too.

On days where I train heavy, I sometimes take 7 grams of Noxitropin PM. It sometimes helps me get to sleep a little faster, but it always helps me stay asleep much longer then I usually do without it. Warning though, everyone's tolerance is different, and the one day I took 14g I was dizzy for about 2 hours. Supposedly this comes from the phenibut in it.

I have tried all the otc crap and nothin helps me. If you have this happen go to Dr. and get some Ambien or Lunesta. They work but Ambien has some weird sides on some people. I would get up and start buying $hit on the net. It was like Christmas every day. You never knew what was getting delivered

And of course, you could drink less coffee in the evenings?
Or even better, use it only as supplement, and take the pills only 1 hour before the workout, but no caffeine at all, otherwise.
Nowadays I drink a lot of coffee at work, but I slept a whole lot better, when I used it only as supplement for gym... Now trying to stop drinking it @ work, lol..

Are you taking any caffeine based supplements around your workouts?

I have the same prob than you, Leeatkin. But in my case zoplicone would not do it, so I have been taking Temazepam 45 mg each night for 5 years. It does the trick and I never had to escalate the dose, but I am completely incapable of sleeping wothout it.
If you can avoid taking sleeping pills that have a direct effect on the GABA-a receptor (99% of prescription sleeping pills...) it is a lot better. But for some people, it is the only solution.

The dose of melatonin you buy is WAY over what the normal body produces. Start at a very low dose, like 1/2 of a 3 mg tab. It didn't work for me no matter how many I took until I started taking less, not more. Now that I know to take less I don't think I could live without it, i couldn't do shift work without. I've also found taking it sublingual is way more effective than PO. At the risk of sounding like a pot smoking hippy, try guided deep breathing before you go to bed. Just search it on youtube, it's embarrassing as hell with your girl watching, but it works wonders and doesn't involve putting anything into your body, as we already stuff our bodies with tons of gear!!!!
